Educational nature of services

All workshops, coaching, clinics, and written materials are for education only. Nothing on this site or in a session constitutes personal financial product advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security or derivative, or an offer of brokerage. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and risk.

Bookings and payments

Lesson fees, deposits, and balances are described on the rates page and in your written confirmation. Payment instructions are issued after we accept an enquiry. Seats are confirmed when the required deposit or full fee clears.

Intellectual property

Course notes, chart annotations produced in class for teaching, slides, and site content belong to Networking Intelligently or their respective owners. You may keep personal notes for your own study. You may not reproduce, sell, or publicly redistribute our materials without written permission.

Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour in classrooms and on video. We may remove a participant who disrupts others, with refund treatment as set out in the refund policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or consequential damages arising from use of educational content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a paid lesson is limited to the fees you paid for that lesson. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Courts of NSW have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
